Daycares & camps
A foam day they'll talk about all summer
We bring foam days to daycares, day camps, and summer programs across Northern Kentucky and the Lexington area. Same packages, same prices as every other booking — a big group just books more hours and rotates groups through the foam. Here's how it works and what your site needs.
The big day
How a foam day runs for a program
If you plan activities for kids, you know the problem with the big day: the bus, the waivers, the cost per kid, the one venue that can take your whole group. A foam day flips it — we come to the space you already have. Grass is best, and about 20 by 20 feet of it is enough, plus an outlet and a spigot.
One Pinnacle crew member runs the cannon for every booked hour, with music and lights going. Your staff keep doing what they already do — supervising their own kids — while we keep the foam stacked and moving. Groups cycle through in rounds sized to your headcount and ages: youngest in the morning slot, oldest after, however your day already flows. We set up around your booked time, so the foam can land mid-morning or mid-afternoon without bending the rest of the schedule.
When the last round ends, we pack out the equipment and the foam takes care of itself — it's biodegradable, gentle on grass and skin, and gone about half an hour after we stop. No residue on the playground, nothing for the afternoon shift to deal with, no rented thing to return.
And the part organizers ask about first: there is no program rate, because there's no special rate for anyone. The package price covers the first hour, added hours are flat, and that's the entire model. A director booking eighty campers and a parent booking twelve kids read the same pricing page.
If you landed here hunting big-day ideas rather than foam specifically, here's the honest comparison we'd make. A field trip means buses, drivers, and permission slips before anyone has fun. An inflatable rental means your staff running the thing and a line of kids waiting their turn one at a time. A sprinkler day is free, and it feels free by two in the afternoon. A foam day is the one where thirty kids are in it at once, somebody else runs it, and the site looks untouched an hour later — which is why it ends up on the camp shirt.
Do the sizing
Match the day to your headcount
Two packages and a clock cover most days. The biggest ones become The Pinnacle Experience — call or text and we'll build it.
| Your group | What fits | How the time works |
|---|---|---|
| Up to about 30 kids | The Summit — $350 | One foam hour covers everyone at once |
| 30 to 50 kids | The Peak — $550 | Upgraded foam covers more ground, still one hour |
| More than 50 | The Peak plus added hours | Groups rotate through in rounds — flat rate per extra hour |
Extra time runs $200 an hour on The Summit and $250 an hour on The Peak. All of it is public — take the page to your director instead of waiting on a quote.

What your site needs
Your site provides
- An open patch of grass, about 20 by 20 feet
- A standard outlet and a water spigot
- Kids in clothes that can get wet
- Your normal staff supervision — nothing extra
We bring
- The foam cannon and all the solution
- Music and lights
- A crew member on the cannon for every hour
- Setup and teardown around your booked time
Is the foam okay for a whole class of kids?
The foam is non-toxic, hypoallergenic, and biodegradable — gentle on skin and eyes, and it rinses off with water. Rounds keep the group in front of the cannon at a size your staff can watch. The FAQ page has the full safety rundown.
Our field is at a school — is that your page?
Close — schools and churches have their own page, with field days and youth nights covered. Same model either way.
What dates can you do?
Text 859-295-PEAK (7325) with the date you're planning around and your headcount, and we'll give you a straight yes or the nearest open day.
One worked example
Say you've got sixty campers. The Peak covers 30 to 50 guests in an hour, so sixty splits into two rounds: book The Peak at $550 and one extra hour at $250, and each half of camp gets a full round in the foam. That's $800 for the whole day's headline event — right around thirteen dollars a kid, with nothing to rent, staff, or return.
Prep on your side stays small: kids in clothes that can get wet, towels for after, and water shoes over flip flops. If the day turns stormy we pick a new date together and your deposit moves with it. That's the whole risk.
